Terms & Conditions

Your order and access to PhotoNano are processed and provided by Lenara Limited, a company incorporated in Hong Kong. These Terms & Conditions apply to your access to and use of the PhotoNano website, Studio, Canvas, subscriptions, credits, exports, and related services.
Your order and access to PhotoNano are processed and provided by Lenara Limited, a company incorporated in Hong Kong. Unless a written agreement says otherwise, your transaction, service relationship, and use of PhotoNano are governed by Hong Kong law.
1. Service provider
Lenara Limited provides PhotoNano Studio, Canvas access, subscription plans, credits, exports, and related website services. PhotoNano may update, improve, suspend, restrict, or discontinue parts of the service as needed for security, reliability, product operation, legal compliance, or business reasons.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account, including activity by anyone who uses your credentials or workspace access. You must notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.
3. Acceptable use
You must not use PhotoNano to violate law, infringe third-party rights, upload or generate unlawful, harmful, deceptive, abusive, or malicious content, interfere with service operation, bypass access controls, reverse engineer protected parts of the service, scrape or overload systems, resell access without permission, or use automated systems in a way that harms PhotoNano or other users.
4. Subscriptions, credits, and billing
Paid plans renew according to the selected billing interval unless cancelled before renewal. You authorize PhotoNano and its payment service providers to charge the applicable fees, taxes, and other amounts for your selected plan. Credits are provided for use within PhotoNano and have no cash value. Plan allowances, prices, credits, and features may change for future billing periods with notice where required by law.
5. Cancellation and refunds
You may cancel a subscription through the billing portal. Cancellation stops future renewal but does not automatically refund the current billing period. Refunds are handled under the PhotoNano Refund Policy and applicable law. If a payment is refunded, PhotoNano may reverse associated credits, access, or subscription benefits.
6. User content
You retain ownership of content you submit to PhotoNano, including uploaded files, design materials, prompts, project data, and exported outputs to the extent you own them. You grant PhotoNano the rights needed to host, process, transmit, display, modify, generate, and export that content solely to operate, secure, support, and improve the service. You are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed for content you submit.
7. AI outputs and professional review
PhotoNano may use AI and automated systems to generate, transform, or analyze content. Outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for a particular purpose. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before using them in production, commercial, legal, financial, medical, regulated, or other high-impact contexts.
8. Intellectual property
PhotoNano, its software, website, product design, trademarks, logos, and service materials are owned by PhotoNano, Lenara Limited, or their licensors. Except for rights expressly granted to you, no rights are transferred under these Terms & Conditions.
9. Third-party services
PhotoNano may rely on third-party services for payments, hosting, storage, email delivery, analytics, AI processing, security, and operations. Your use of some features may also be subject to third-party terms, policies, or availability. PhotoNano is not responsible for third-party services outside its control.
10. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access to PhotoNano if we reasonably believe that you violated these Terms & Conditions, created legal or security risk, failed to pay amounts due, abused credits or systems, or used the service in a way that may harm PhotoNano, other users, or third parties.
11. Disclaimers
PhotoNano is provided on an as-is and as-available basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free service, permanent availability of any feature, or that outputs will meet every requirement. You use PhotoNano at your own discretion and risk.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PhotoNano and Lenara Limited will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
13. Governing law
Unless a separate written agreement states otherwise, these Terms & Conditions, your orders, subscriptions, service relationship, and use of PhotoNano are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, without regard to any conflict of laws rules.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. If changes are material, we will provide notice through the website, product interface, email, or another reasonable method. Continued use of PhotoNano after the effective date means you accept the updated terms.
