Lenara Limited operates PhotoNano and processes account, billing, workspace, and service information to provide, secure, and improve the PhotoNano website, Studio, Canvas, subscriptions, and related services.

Your order and access to PhotoNano are processed and provided by Lenara Limited, a company incorporated in Hong Kong. Unless a written agreement says otherwise, your transaction, service relationship, and use of PhotoNano are governed by Hong Kong law.

1. Information we collect

We collect information you provide directly, including your name, email address, password or authentication information, profile details, support messages, and account settings. We also collect information generated through your use of PhotoNano, including workspace activity, files and projects you create or upload, feature usage, credits balance and usage history, subscription status, device and browser information, IP address, approximate location derived from technical data, log data, cookies, and similar identifiers. When you purchase or manage a subscription, payment information is processed by Stripe or another payment service provider. PhotoNano does not store full card numbers. We receive billing identifiers, subscription status, plan details, invoices, payment status, tax or address information where applicable, and limited payment metadata needed to provide billing support and keep account records.

2. How we use information

We use information to create and authenticate accounts, provide PhotoNano Studio and Canvas, process subscriptions and credits, enable exports and workspace features, communicate service notices, respond to support requests, maintain security, detect fraud or abuse, troubleshoot errors, improve reliability and performance, understand product usage, comply with legal, tax, accounting, and regulatory obligations, and enforce our terms and policies.

3. Cookies and similar technologies

We may use cookies, local storage, and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, secure the service, measure performance, understand product usage, and support billing or support workflows. You can control some cookies through your browser settings, but disabling required cookies may prevent parts of PhotoNano from working correctly.

4. Sharing and service providers

We share information only as needed to operate PhotoNano, comply with law, or protect rights and safety. This may include trusted providers for hosting, storage, payments, email delivery, analytics, logging, security, customer support, and business operations. These providers are authorized to process information only for the services they provide to PhotoNano. We may also disclose information if required by law, legal process, or government request; to enforce our agreements; to investigate security, fraud, or abuse; or as part of a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets, subject to appropriate protections.

5. International processing

PhotoNano is provided by Lenara Limited, a company incorporated in Hong Kong. Your information may be processed in Hong Kong and in other countries or regions where PhotoNano or its service providers operate. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for cross-border processing and transfers.

6. Retention and security

We retain information for as long as necessary to provide PhotoNano, maintain account and billing records, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and enforce agreements. Retention periods vary depending on the type of information and the reason for processing. We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure. No internet service is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your rights and choices

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, or objection to certain processing of your personal information. You may also close your account or contact us about marketing or service communications. Some billing, security, fraud prevention, tax, accounting, or legal records may need to be retained after an account request.

8. Children

PhotoNano is not intended for children under the age required by applicable law to use online services without parental consent. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children where consent is required. If you believe a child has provided information to us improperly, please contact us.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice through the website, product interface, email, or another reasonable method. The updated policy applies from the effective date shown above unless otherwise stated.

10. Contact
